Students in grades 3-5 are introduced to keyboarding skills through self-paced lessons and timed tests using the website, Typing.com. Class rosters are automatically created and updated via Clever. It is important for teachers AND students to sign in to Typing.com through Clever. Do not go directly to the Typing.com website to sign in with the Google button.
Why?... Typing.com creates a separate account for each sign-in method. A student's progress data will not appear on the teacher's class page if they sign in with the Google button. More information can be found on the Typing.com TIP Sheet.
