Infinite Campus: Posting Grades

Technology is constantly changing. Even if you have posted grades on Infinite Campus for years, please take a moment to review the information below. Spending a few minutes watching a tutorial could save you hours of frustration at the end of the semester.

Grades K-5

Have you been using the Progress Monitor tool in IC?

Note: This will be the only option after the 24-25 school year.

At the elementary level, grades are communicated through a standards-based report card. To help track student progress, IC has a standards-based reporting tool called Progress Monitor. This tool gives teachers a more efficient way to score, monitor, and report each student's proficiency level for all standards. If you have been using the Progress Monitor, follow the video tutorial below:

Can I post grades like I did in the past?

Note: The Post Grades tool will not be available after the 24-25 school year.

The ability to post grades all semester is no longer available, but the "Post Grades" window does open 10-days prior to the end of the semester. Watch the video tutorial below to review the traditional method of posting grades:

Grades 6-12

When can I begin posting grades?

The "Post Grades" window opens 10-days prior to the end of the semester. Watch the video below to review the traditional method of posting grades from your IC Grade Book:

Grades K-12

How can I view my students' report cards?

After your grades are posted on IC, it can be helpful (and reassuring) to view the report cards in the format received by students and parents. Watch the video tutorial below to review the step-by-step process:
