Middle and high school students keep their school Chromebooks at home during the summer. To help promote online safety, families can use the GoGuardian Parent app for free. This app allows you to:
- See which websites, videos, and apps your child visits on their school Chromebook
- Block websites or pause internet access on the Chromebook during out-of-school hours
With GoGuardian Parent, you can better understand your child's online activities and guide them to make good choices. This supports the responsible technology habits we aim to build at school.
The app shows a 30-day history of websites, videos, documents, and extensions your child accessed. You can also see a summary of their top browsing activities.
School hours for monitoring are set to Monday-Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm. This will adjust for summer school schedules. Please review this article for more details on using the app.
