Have you seen the barcodes on the NPAS laptops, document cameras, and student Chromebooks? All the technology assets in the school district are managed in a system called One to One Plus (similar to books in a library). To serve staff and students more efficiently with technology issues, the IT Help Desk "Support Ticket" feature has been turned on. When you have an issue with your laptop, classroom WiFi, projector, or student devices, go to the Staff Resources page and click the Technology Requests button. The support ticket is quick and easy to complete, but you can view the TIP Sheet for step-by-step instructions.
