One to One Plus: Two Systems

Some staff have reported an issue when trying to submit both a Technology Support Ticket and a Maintenance Request. Both programs use the same system: One-to-One Plus. When a user selects Technology or Maintenance, they are "locked" into that side of the One-to-One Plus system until they click the Logout icon. Users must click the Logout icon to access the other program.
